ZERUST® ZDC Desiccants

ZERUST®/EXCOR® ZDC Desiccant Series features montmorillonite clay packaged in Tyvek material that offers an excellent barrier to water in liquid form while also allowing water vapors to pass through. This minimizes the risk of the desiccants causing corrosion that may come in direct contact with metals when compared to other desiccants made with different materials.

Use ZDC Desiccants as a drying agent to reduce the humidity and moisture inside an enclosure during long-term shipping and storage applications. Combine with ZERUST® Vapor Corrosion Inhibiting (VCI) products for extended protection during storage and shipment. ZDC Desiccants conform to the standard of US MIL-D-3464E and DIN55473.
