Product Description

Product Description

ZERUST® ICT®520-FD Flame Retardant VCI Film diffuses invisible, odorless, and non-toxic ZERUST® Vapor Corrosion Inhibitors (VCI). As a result, the VCI molecules settle onto exposed metal surfaces inside the packaging or enclosure. Once removed from the packaging, the VCI will dissipate from the metal surfaces, allowing immediate painting, welding, or further processing.

ICT®520-FD flame-retardant properties increase the film’s melting point for environments where flames or sparks are present, making it an ideal choice for a wide range of industrial applications. Use ZERUST® VCI Film to protect metal components, machined and cast parts, engines, molds, and more from rust and corrosion for years. Additionally, for added protection in challenging environments, ZERUST® VCI Film may be used with ZERUST® rust Inhibitors, preventatives, coatings, or VCI diffuser products.  Furthermore, engineered for a broad range of applications, ICT®520-FD VCI Film is available in various packaging types, including rolls, sheets, tubing, and bags, ensuring an ideal packaging solution. Whether in work-in-progress, storage, or transit, ZERUST® ICT®520-FD VCI Film delivers unparalleled performance.
