Product Description

Product Description

ZERUST® ICT® VCI Scrim Paper is a high-quality 35# kraft paper saturated on one side with proven ZERUST® corrosion inhibitors. Additionally, it also incorporates a 3/4 mil polyethylene layer and fiberglass scrim on the back side, enhancing its strength and providing exceptional corrosion protection for steel coil rolls and other metals during work-in-progress, shipping, and storage. Furthermore, the poly layer contains invisible, odorless, and non-toxic ZERUST® VCIs. As a result, these VCI molecules diffuse from the paper and settle onto exposed metal surfaces inside the packaging or enclosure. Once removed from the packaging, the VCI will dissipate from the metal surface, allowing immediate painting, welding, or further processing.

Use ICT®430-35SR Scrim Reinforced VCI Paper by placing the paper side towards the metal surface when interleaving or wrapping metals. As a result, offering a protective barrier against corrosion. Additionally, use ZERUST® VCI Scrim Paper with ZERUST® VCI poly packagingrust inhibitors, preventatives, coatings, or VCI diffuser products for added protection in challenging environments. Furthermoe, engineered for a broad range of applications, ICT®430-35SR Scrim Reinforced VCI Paper is available in various-sized rolls and a multimetal protection formulation, ensuring an ideal packaging solution. Whether in storage or transit, ZERUST® ICT®430-35SR VCI Scrim Kraft Paper delivers unparalleled performance.
