How Do VCI Powders Work?
The exceptionally fast diffusion rate of ActivPowder™ VCI enables rapid surface passivation to protect metal surfaces from corrosion caused by chlorides and acidic surface contaminants within hard-to-reach spaces of structural voids, tubing, and cavities. In addition, the powder is fully water-soluble and is effective in wet lay-up applications.
